    Ok, so we have handled all our help / admin related questions via threads in a help desk style forum since inception. The one thing that really annoyed the community and staff, is that they became discussions and then members who had no issue with something, suddenly grew an issue, and it was a war against staff or some feature. It was like a pack mentality once something got posted. With tickets, all that is gone. Our community moral has skyrocketed, to say the least. All issues are now handled in private, no more pack mentality, and we implemented a simple rule that there is zero administrative / community related discussion on the forum, instead you open a ticket and discuss in private with staff. The community discourse that occurs in forums has disappeared by using this. The new 1.4 update is amazing... and fills in all the necessary missing aspects to 1.3. Buy it, and make your administrative life easier is my advice.

    Great plugin, does exactly what it should do without drama or complicated ticket submissions or settings. The only reason to not rate it 5 stars is that only registered members can make a ticket. For support to non members this plugin is useless. Hopefully that will become a feature.
