Tickets is a support system solution for XenForo aiming to collate all your helpdesk needs in to one easy to use solution.

  • Allow users to create new tickets in configurable categories. Custom permissions allow you greater control over who can see a ticket and who can respond to them.
  • Sophisticated guest support allowing non-users to create tickets and receive responses and notifications from them.
    • Guest tickets are protected by a password and this needs to be entered before a ticket can be read.
    • Once a guest is authenticated against a ticket, they're able to view that ticket until their session expires.
    • Guests can also view a reduced ticket list when they're authenticated against multiple tickets similar to how normal users would.
    • Got a guest that made a couple tickets but then registered and made some more? All of these can be merged and attached to the user account they created.
  • Custom fields allowing you to capture the data you want to receive from your end users.
    • PHP Callback fields can pull in data from other sources and the possibilities are endless. 1.5.0+ include an example custom field callback that pulls a user's browser and OS information.
  • Escalations make it easier than ever to automate common and mundane tasks.
    • Automatically resolve tickets where the end user hasn't responded in over two weeks or remind a user via emails or alerts about their open tickets, for example.
    • Fine-grain criteria and background processing can open up the door to complex automation rules without massive overhead.
    • Default criteria not cutting it? Extend the add-on and add your own with little work.
  • Integration with XenForo core functionality.
    • End users receive alerts and emails when their tickets get responded to, keeping them in the loop constantly.
    • Categories, tickets and even specific users can be watched to get notifications when a ticket (or other event) gets triggered.
    • Inline moderation controls to perform bulk actions on tickets.
    • Tickets and ticket messages get pushed to the search index letting you quickly dig up old relics.
  • Read tracking for guests and users.
  • Multiple states to track the progress of each ticket.
  • Predefined responses to keep your staff member tone consistent across messages and tickets. Automatically inject information about the ticket being responded to and its starter, in to the response itself letting you avoid awkward situations.
  • Optional priority selection letting you prioritise user tickets based on the severity. Priorities (and other ticket information) can be changed dynamically with escalations for further automation.
  • Simplified layout letting users differentiate between a ticket and thread with ease.
  1. Extract the contents of the .zip file provided upon successful purchase.
  2. Upload the contents of the 'upload' folder to your root XenForo directory.
  3. Install the provided .xml file through the XenForo Admin Control Panel.
  4. Configure the add-on via the Admin Control Panel under the 'NixFifty: Tickets' group and under Applications -> Tickets.

An absolutely full featured, well written and exceptionally supported add-on. A must have for any serious service based community. A solid foundation for a support system, and a bargain price. Being able to convert threads or conversations to tickets is a great feature.
Since 1.5.5, we finally started using it. Very nice and Absolutely Essential add-on, lots of features, fast support, and reasonable price.

Almost everything to fit your needs from a support system is included and for a couple of remaining features (such as KB) the developer is always ready for suggestions and implementing new features.
Great add-on with high functionality from a very responsive and listening developer. Highly recommended and a very appreciated extension of XenForo.
Since version 1.5 this addon is amazing and highly recommended to anyone who needs support tickets for their site. Its easy for members and guests to submit a ticket.
The preset answers save a ton of time. Escalations allow for automatic answers and closing of tickets. People receive email notifications.
The members of my big board are clearly happy with the support they now get. I prefer this addon over Kayako Support Suite which costed me $999 per year.

Nixfity tickets is well designed, very feature rich and works great.
It doesn't have a knowledge base yet, but that is scheduled for the future.
There are no secrets that the 1.4 and below versions were just hideous. The new 1.5.x version, total rewrite, is just amazing. If you ever wanted this product, this is now the time where the developer has matured to provide a quality, stable, product.
This is powerful, and unbeatable for the price. Love it!

Simple to create tickets, and monitor queues.
Great plugin, does exactly what it should do without drama or complicated ticket submissions or settings. The only reason to not rate it 5 stars is that only registered members can make a ticket. For support to non members this plugin is useless. Hopefully that will become a feature.
