Fixed a bug in deferred loading

• Scrolling performance has been substantially improved
• YouTube embeds now use a thumbnail image as placeholder
• Fixed a bug that could interfere with the browser's Back button

To enable deferred loading, go to the Admin CP in Options > s9e Media Pack and select "Defer loading embedded content".

An option has been added to the options page: "Defer loading embedded content until it's visible". It is disabled by default.

When enabled, videos and other embedded content will be loaded as the users scroll to them. Pages with many videos will load faster and use less memory, but scrolling through many videos will feel less smooth.

If you use this feature, I'd like to hear your feedback. This is an experimental feature that may be removed depending on feedback, or lack thereof.

The "videos" category will be enabled on upgrade, sorry for any inconvenience it may cause. The alternative (leaving it off on upgrade) would disable YouTube for too many unsuspecting people.

MediaCrush shut down a couple of weeks ago and is now removed.

You don't have to update if you don't use responsive embeds.

Added NPR (podcasts) and Zippyshare (file sharing)

No functional change. You can skip this update safely if you feel like it.

If you're upgrading from a previous version you'll need to toggle the "Blogging" category in the Admin CP.

The new Twitch player requires the permission to access and modify the page it's displayed on. This is not a feature that I support because it puts the users at risk. This update uses an iframe to display the new player without exposing the current page to abuse.

Will display images at 560 × 315 if the actual dimensions cannot be retrieved from Gfycat's servers. I may review/reconsider this change at some point in the future.
