Please note: Moving forward, this add-on will be compatible with XenForo 2.1 only. As it relies, integrates and extends the new editor layout functionality, no backwards compatibility is possible. Data is imported seamlessly.

New Functionalities

• Ported over editor layout functionality to native XenForo 2.1 systems.
• Hidegroups has been added as hide BB Code. It is currently not available for selection as default.
• Text and background color now use different color sets, so they can be managed separately. You may need to adjust your background color set if you've modified your text color set.
• Added a new option to disable XenForos Markdown translation. Already translated markdown will not be converted back by this setting, and turning it off again will not parse unparsed Markdown unless the affected posts are manually resaved.
• Table styles can now be toggled in the live editor, rather than having to switch to BB code view and add the option manually.

• The video & audio Bb codes have joined our ranks:
  • Each of them comes with its own configurable proxy, including logs, settings, etc., to ensure your SSL encryption remains fully functional.
  • Style properties allow you to change the optics of both, the video and the audio Bb code to your liking.
  • The Bb codes have to be manually inserted for now, the toolbar buttons are not done yet.
• The image Bb code now supports optional alignment and resizing, which can be turned on manually in the Bb code settings.

• Access to all BB Codes can now be controlled with User Criteria
  • A new navigation point 'BB codes' has been added for this purpose
  • Enabling/disabling BB codes has been removed from options and been moved to this menu point
• BB codes can now be aliased
  • This can be found under the above mentioned navigation point as well
  • Default tags cannot be overridden by this setting, all aliases are in addition to them
• The special character list has been intensively reworded
  • Special character categories can now be exported and reimported
  • The available standard libraries for import have been extended and now span nearly all UTF-8 icon libraries
  • Access to special character categories is now criteria controlled
    • Please not: This will not prevent the special characters from being used any posts, they just won't show up in the dropdown anymore, if the user does not meet the criteria
  • Special character categories and individual special characters now support the active toggle state and can therefor be disabled at all times
    • Please not: This will not remove the special characters from any posts, they just won't show up in the dropdown anymore
  • Titles of special characters and special character categories have been transformed into phrases and are therefor now translatable
  • The special character list no longer has a hard capped size
• Access to public editor templates can now be controlled with User Criteria
• Hide BB Codes are now live-refreshed via ajax calls when posts are liked and replies to threads are made
