XF overwrites the changed Admintemplates

I've upgraded from xf 1.0.3 to 1.0.4 and ALL my customized Admin Templates were reverted automatic.

Why is this not like with the public templates?

Public templates would do that as well if you edited the master style, which is really all there is for admin templates.

BUT that's a BIG BIG PROBLEM!

template hook requests are being "ignored", you don't implement something similar like the best vB add-on ever (TMS from andreas) into xf core, so the only way to change templates is via template edit...

AND not being INFORMED that the templates are being overriden IS A HUGE DISASTER.
I had to invest ~ 5h to change my templates again, because i didn't know that the templates will be overrided without asking me if i want this...
