Implemented wording when no tags available: "Add Tags"

when there are no "tags" available, the wording should be:

"Add Tags"


- there is no need for the word "None".
- change the wording from "Edit" towards "Add Tags"

I like it currently. It prevents confusion, especially to those less forum-savvy.

what do you want to "Edit" if there are no tags in existence which you can "Edit" ?
IMO it is easier to understand to say "Add Tags".



Example from another website, which also says "add a tag"

Or, even better, Add/Edit Tags.
