Having tried for quite some time today to find only modified phrases I finally played with the tick boxes at the bottom of the screen and discovered they actually mean modified too:

I'd quite happily ignored them because I knew the phrases had not been translated.

So, my simple suggestion is to change the wording from 'Translated in ... ' to 'Translated or modified in ... '

ETA: The 'Untranslated' should probably also be tweaked to maybe 'Unchanged' ?
