Fast queries are not a problem but if it helps, why not. I will make the changes in the next release.

It's just a suggestion, but the less queries the better.
I'm not using this personally, just saw it in one of the forums that I'm supporting so thought to report you for the benefit of others that may use this.

This is a very neat add-on.

You might consider an option to prevent the username from being changed too often. So XX days before each name change can take place. I would donate and use this add-on if you had that

What XF version are you using?
Do you have Add-ons that makes changes to the registration page?

I'm running XF 1.4.1 and I do not have any Add-ons that make changes to the registration page

This Add-on has been developed on XF 1.4.3 so this could be the problem.

Sadly i'm a few version behind because our license to updates ran out, Planning on renewing when we have earned the money for it again.

Would it be possible to add a separate permission so that certain groups/users will have to have the username picked verified by staff.

strange problem happening for all my users. The expiration date comes and instead of being able to change their name back, they see this:

This is a brilliant plugin. I use it for my premium members to have the option to change their username every 7 days. However, I've had to manually change usernames because some users want names that have been previously used but cannot be used because of that. Instead of making them not usable, can there be an option to make those names usable regardless if they've been previously used or not?
