Give them some time! You can't expect an instant reply.
 
That’s not recommended at all.

We have a single point of contact which guarantees a response and that is the ticket system (or Contact us form).

Contacting an individual member of staff makes little sense when the ticket system is technically manned by 6 different people.

Just because you see a member of staff online on here doesn’t mean they’re in a position to provide support or even see your message until much later.
