Fixed Title Case Inconsistency

This is the same thing as on my thread regarding "that" not being capitalized in areas.

The text in the phrase save_all_changes should be changed from Save all Changes to Save All Changes. It is inconsistent because of these two phrases:

• Mark All Forums Read
• View All Available Trophies
