Add-on take off warning points if user behave well

I would like a way to take off warning points if user behave well
Let's say a user does not commit any infringement for 1 year, I would like to take off warning points (if any) from its profile

Why not set the warnings to expire?

If automated would be better
Example:
a user spams today = 5 warning points
-> oct 28th 2020 if no other warnings given -> the last warning received (in order) expires

Set the points expiry at what ever time you want, days, weeks, !on the and years.

I know but it's not the same as I would like this to work.
Setting expiration for each warning won't reward good behaviour after 1 year of not getting a warning.
See the difference?
