You can remove menu item by enable debug mode and navigate to Development > Code Event Listeners > ******* - Support Ticket System and disable navigation_tabs

Found a few bugs...

I have more than one Departments, when trying to select it is not showing up and the selector disappear

When selecting a user, it will add a "," after the name, this will give you an error when submitting. When remove the Comma its ok for posting.

Little request: Extra Ticket Fields (Custom Added)

Like dropdownboxes, textfields etc, etc.

selection above or below ticket information.

Need a bug/suggestions tester for future versions? @******* :whistle:
 
I need the indicator on the top bar to show when I have any 'Open' tickets. I have open tickets yet it shows still shows '0'
 
Are you planning an update with the requested features?
Once the basic necessities are included I'd love to buy some license(s).
 
Yes, xtra (custom) ticket fields, ajax ticket status and pushover intergration would be very nice (y)

Is there a new update coming anytime soon?
Not much has happened since June. This is a very promising addons, but it needs a lot of essential functions to be added.
