Statistics for Email Sent, Bounces & Complaints

Its important to see if your bounce rate is getting high. Because a high bounce rate means your email can get blocked by email providers or even your own email provider if you have one. Providers like Amazon will ban you if your bounce rate gets too high. Email services like yahoo will greylist you for too many bounces or complaints.

XF already processes bounces. Please add a statistic to track the number of bounces, number of emails sent and number of complaints.
Complaints is something that XF does not track yet. It would be nice if that would be added.

I like how Amazon SES tracks bounces and complaints as a [percentage of the total amount of email sent:

A complaints handler is desperately needed if we're to maintain a clean email list. It'd be great if there were a separate user state so we could address the issue with members who (potentially) damage our reputation.
