XF 1.3 spam management turned on, no option for spam found anywhere?

My usergroup has permission enabled to use the Spam Cleaner, it's been turned on since installation, yet I cannot locate anywhere in Xenforo where the options are to mass delete spam and such as mentioned here. What could I possibly be overlooking here? So frustrating..

The spam cleaner option is available to mods for "new" users based on this criteria:

Admin CP -> Home -> Options -> Spam Management -> Spam Cleaner User Criteria

Thanks Jake, I'm going to have to go with a paid add on option for this. A criteria based spam cleaner isn't very effective for my needs.

Set all criteria to 0 if you want it to be available at all times.

Thank you for mentioning that! This is what I was hoping it could do, just wasn't aware that setting it to zero would achieve this result.
