Social Connect (for Facebook and Twitter) [Deleted]

A couple of questions:

1) We've got a few people using this now but is there a way to see who has it enabled? A MySQL query is fine if there's nothing built-in.

2) Similar to 1, I know there are people tweeting their statuses, threads, etc but its hard to see who is as they don't show up easily on twitter and aren't linked to our site's account in any way. If we could select a hashtag or account that was automatically added to every tweet then that would make it far more useful...
 
Chris with XenSocialize abandoned do you think will be possibile to include its features on Social Connect?
For example post to Facebook and Twitter all threads created in specifics nodes.

I've been asking for this for a while...hopefully some day he'll be able to get to adding that functionality.

Oh... £15 for about £200 or more worth of development work seems like a great deal (y)

In all seriousness, it's something I want to do, but I have to find time in the endless cycle of everything else to do it. I have a desire to re-write my social add-ons (again) because I hate them.

£15 x how many people would buy this addon? If 13-14 more people bought it because of that added functionality, it would cover that £200 worth of development. :)
 
I have a Facebook business page (for my xF site) so I tried linking my own Admin forum profile to that business page just like I did for Twitter but after initially entering my fb login details it returns to the connect profile page but doesn't show any "unlink" and I can't select any boxes so it obviously doesn't link. When I subsequently click on the "link with fb" button again it just keeps recycling back to the connect profile page. I don't receive any error. Have tried FF and Chrome same deal.

It will let me connect to my personal fb account but it would be handy if I could post directly to my actual business page. Is it possible for me to use the fb connect this way or won't it let me post directly to my own BP?

I love how this add-on integrates into my forum BTW - great work.

Unfortunately this is a limitation of Facebook. That particular API only works with standard user profiles, unfortunately.
 
Ohh, Ok, at least I now know I didn't stuff something up :LOL: That's fine, there's other ways to auto-post to the page anyway.

It seems people are hounding me to implement auto posting to pages... They know who they are :cautious:

Maybe in the future.
