This isn't my code and I've never used that library for that purpose so I wouldn't know. You may want to ask in the general support forum and see if someone wants to file a bug to Zend.

@Rambro The iframe's dimensions are 612 × 710. That's based on Instagram's original embed code IIRC. My guess is you're viewing the post on mobile and responsive embeds have not been enabled in the add-on. Go to your Admin CP and search for s9e_max_responsive_width.

sorry if this has been asked before but I want to be sure I do the right thing here, and not create a Pandora box of broken images or videos etc. for me. I would like to uninstall this so that is resets my forum back to stock and start over. Is there a way to do this?
thanks!

You can uninstall and reinstall, it should not break anything. This is the same thing as updating the add-on. If you uninstall without reinstalling, any video/feature that is not supported by XenForo will obviously not work anymore. (or at least until you reinstall the add-on)

I don't know. It works for me in Firefox. Perhaps you have an extension that blocks iframes from Amazon? An adblocker/privacy extension would do that.

I don't control what's inside the Amazon box, if there was a problem with their markup (the HTML) there's nothing I could do about it. I don't think that's the case, though.

Hey @JoshyPHP,
Does this addon no longer support facebook posts? All my facebook post statuses are coming up as
"This Facebook post is no longer available. It may have been removed or the privacy settings of the post may have changed."

Facebook posts seemed to work previously however no longer do. Any ideas?

@tajhay Just tested it and Facebook works fine on my test board. The author of the posts you embedded may have changed their privacy settings.

@JoshyPHP I was wondering if you would be open to working with the @tapatalk team to get some of the bigger bbcodes compatible with the Tapatalk app. Your codes for Youtube and Vimeo already work there, but the other ones show up broken as [unsupported media]. I think it has to do with SDK which some of the sites like twitter, instagram and facebook video definitely support. I think Vine does too. Getting these embeds working on the Tapatalk app would be HUGE for those of us with large mobile communities. I think it might be straightforward but I am not super familiar with SDK for iOS.

I looked into Tapatalk a little while ago. I've never used it and I'm not completely sure what it is at heart. From what I understand, Tapatalk does not use XenForo's code and that's why media sites do not work. Basically they interface with XenForo's database and reconstruct everything on their side. This is what I understand based on user posts in various forums. I tried to consult their developer documentation but it required me to accept a a 2,428 words terms of service agreement just to be read. And that's when I had to give up.

To answer your question, yes I am open to working with @tapatalk but it's not been easy so far. Do you know anyone over there?

Correct I think they use some sort of iOS specific code. Obviously it is possible if they have done this with youtube and vimeo already. I know a guy that is a staff member on their forums but not sure if he actually works for tapatalk or not. I will PM you his email address.

JoshyPHP updated s9e Media BBCodes pack with a new update entry:

Updated Twitch

The new Twitch player requires the permission to access and modify the page it's displayed on. This is not a feature that I support because it puts the users at risk. This update uses an iframe to display the new player without exposing the current page to abuse.
