Using Widget Framework Add-on, it should be possible. It might be possible without WF if you are using the option "Display on all sidebars".

Sorry, I meant at the top of the page (in addition to above forum list) not sidebar. I am presuming some template editing may be necessary. (NB: just bought the addon, very nice, thank you)

OK, working nicely now on my forum. But is not showing up on my private test forum. is that because the licence is not allowing a test forum?

I would like to style the Recent Posts h3 subheading (block above forum list) to be larger text. (But without making all other subheadings larger)

I have tried various things in extra.css after checking with Chrome Inspector, but nothing I've tried so far works
