Is it possible to create a extra option for hiding RSS Feeds without reply and showing it after reply in "New posts"?
My forum loads many feeds from a news site and i like to show only feeds with comments in "New posts".

My members use the New Posts menu option constantly to keep up on new posts and threads. How can I move the New Posts from the Forum Submenu, to the instead be listed in the Main Menu. This way when they log in, there isn't 2 menus clicked to get to New Posts, it's just 1 click.
I have searched...
It's been happening every now and then for a while now when I click the "new posts" link from the sub navigation menu and click on a thread, then click the "new posts" link again.
See the screenshot below :
The first thread should not appear in the list, yet it does. It doesn't have the...
As I understand it, the new posts page shows all new posts since a users last session unless the post is thirty days old or older.
On my forum it seems that there is a limit to six pages in the new posts pagination, even though more than six pages are new. If a user visits the new posts page...
Currently new content can be found in tabs on find new. Each content type has a tab. Some addons have multiple content types. If you have a lot of addons you can easily have 15+ tabs that need to be clicked to discover all new content.
This of course is not intuitive nor effective.
I'm probably missing something obvious but why does the "New Posts" link in the menu show new threads instead of posts? Also the resulting list does not link to the new post within the thread. It just takes you to the thread. So why wasn't this simply named "New Threads" ? We found a thread...
I'm trying to remove forumLink from the New Posts sidebar module.
I've found that this is the code in the css that controls it, but I'd like to disable it via extra.css, instead of deleting it.
I really don't understand why in the New Posts screen I'm not able to see who's the last poster in each thread. I understand that the scope of New Posts is to see what are the new posts in each thread but I think should be useful to see also who's the last poster since, in my opinion, if this...
I've been looking to increase the number of results shown on the PAGE that opens when I click on New Posts. When I do it via the ACP, it changes this for every page throughout the whole forum.
Could I change this ONLY for the New Posts? If so, how?
The purpose of the add-on is to let forum users hide various forum categories and their forums. This is the functionality required:
- A user control panel interface in which the user can select which forum categories to hide. The user should also be able to un-hide categories or hide...

I received this request today:
"I would love to pick and choose which forums (and sub-forums) show up in my New Posts feed." There are forums and subforums they are not interested to know if there are new posts in them.
Is it possible for members to personalize their New...
This Add-on allows you to display a list of recent posts in the forum sidebar (or all sidebars) or above/bellow the forum list. You can also embed it using Widget Framework.

The current discussion system does not allow addons to use forum posts for comments.
For example if we want to have a page, blog, resource, with comments below it then we need to build a commenting system instead because its not possible to make use of the discussion function.
This leads to...
