Duplicate Reaction list is not loading in Resources

When clicking on reaction list and then Like tab, the reaction list does not load. It says requested media item can not be found.

This a gif but not sure why its not working..just tested it on my site and it works fine.

The gif I posted above was supposed to show the issue but for some reason is not working. Are they not supported/disabled?

It was likely above our attachment dimension limits and thus resized. Whether or not resizing maintains animation is down to whether ImageMagick is used (we don't use it here).
