XF 1.4 Forum Description in forum list is not shown as tooltip in Windows 8 Chrome

Hi, I just noticed that forum description in forum list in shown as plain text right below the forum title in forum list, NOT as the usual tooltip .

I'm using chrome 41.0.2272.89 m in Windows 8 Tablet.

Is it as design ? Is there any way to show it as a tooltip instead ?

It's loading it as a touch device so the tooltips would be shown as plain text.

It's shown as a tooltip in my IE running on the very same windows 8 tablet.

I want it to be shown as a tooltip when it's possible but omit that description when it's not possible to be shown as a tooltip. Is there any tip to achieve this ?

It appears that Google Chrome thinks that your Windows 8 PC is a touch device.

In chrome://flags/ find "Enable touch events". By default it's set to "Automatic", if you change it to "Deactivated" then everything should work as expected.
