XF 1.2 Quoted or Non-Quoted Email Notification Option?

Is it possible to allow each user to decide whether they receive quoted or non-quoted email notifications? Many of my non-tech savvy members reply to those notifications when we have the quotes enabled, but the more tech savvy members like the quotes so they don't have to check the site each time. I'd like to disable them by default but give the users the option of turning them on.

Yes, it's a setting in the Email Options in the ACP.
