XF 1.1 PCs to selected groups

Would it be possible to restrict Personal Conversations routes?

I have 5 core usergroups.

Group A I would like to only PC to other Group A.
Group B C and D to only PC to anyone in any of those 3 groups.
Group E I would like to only PC to admin.


If there is a workaround on this please tell.

There is no such option. An addon is required for this.
