Remove secondary groups from selected group

Basically i need a way to remove a secondary group from a selected group like this. And this needs to be run like every minute checking if a usergroup contains the usergroup that should be removed and remove it.

If selected group(s) = Group(s) i select
Contains any of the following group(s) = Group(s) i select
Remove the containing group(s)

Any addon like this exist?

I have literally no idea how to do this. And the usergroup promo docu is also not really detailed.
