Fixed New Media, Doesn't Include Embed Videos.

I just tried it on this forum also.
Same not showing the Video from Youtube I added on New Media.

This is sorted now.

To clarify, this issue will have only ever affected users not logged in.

The initial report was erroneous on the basis that you won't ever see any of your own media in "New Media" straight after being added because we mark it as viewed during the save process.

However, guests were restricted to only seeing one privacy type, hence why Mike couldn't see it while logged out.
