As designed Navigation drop downs don't work without JS

There should be a non JS nav drop down solution in case JS is disabled

This is generally intentional. Our simple response to someone trying to use the software without JS enabled is to simply recommend that they enable JS.

Indeed we even try to make that clear when JS is disabled:



While the majority of the software should function perfectly fine without it, there are many cases where the experience is simply better with it. This is one of those cases.
