Javascript Console error after Migration

Okay I've just transfered my site to a VPS...

and it uses Apache

I've gotten everything moved and stuff, but for some reason whenever I go on the site

it auto downloads some file, and doesn't show anything.

Please help...

just before it was showing something and when I clicked threads it was saying some Javascript console error.​

Without a specific error or a URL, I'm not sure anyone can give any real guidance.

it seems that your new vps isn't configured / or something's wrong

Yea I think thats the problem, but where should I be looking into, php ? mysql? or just my transfer / migration didn't go too well?
