XF 1.4 Group Promotions Issue. Not all users are updated?

At 5 post count, I have a promotion where people are upgraded from bronze member (set for 0-4 posts) to Iron member (set for 5-9 posts). In the picture you can see that some users are working correctly, others are not.

The 2nd user in the image is a member of the Iron group, but is displaying the Bronze group tag (as if it has not been promoted correctly).

The issue is resolved when I do a cache rebuild, but it has to be done manually, which is a pain to recache 5000 users for 1 users issue.

Any advice?

Promotions are only applied to recently active members or on log in.

You can manually apply promotions to all members by running the rebuild.

But in the picture you can SEE he is logged in?! Yet its not updating correctly. This has happened more then once.

Check that the User Group Promotion cron is running.

It was by default set to 20 mins, I set them all to Any, so it should run every minute or less at this point.

If rebuilding the user cache sorts it, then this is likely caused by an add-on with invalid code, blocking the post-save actions when an user is updated. You may need to disable all add-ons and change groups manually to try to identify what's causing it.
