Honestly, probably not something I would have added as a per-user setting. Maybe site-wide, but it's also not terribly difficult to take it out via a template edit. Mainly because I think adding too many granular settings for users, and you end up with zillions of settings and eventually users have a hard time finding what they are even wanting to change.Hi. Could you please add a toggle button for "Automatic refresh of badge counters when app is loaded/brought to front" in Settings > Preferences, allowing forum members to enable or disable it as they wish? Because some forum members using devices with 4 GB RAM reported that this feature increases memory usage and causes slowdowns when multiple tabs are opened. @digitalpoint
That being said, XenForo 2.4 has incorporated this addon, so you aren't going to need to have it installed anymore.
