Hello, I want to buy this plugin, but I am currently using the XR Product Manager plugin. Can I use the purchases etc. in Xr with your plugin?
 
Hello, we are considering buying for the platform in Turkey, but we had 2 questions.

1- In Turkey, all payment infrastructures such as paypal are banned only paytr payment structure is working. Can we easily use this payment structure?

2- We want to sell game keys, do we have a possibility for this? For example, we entered 10 different keys on the site, when each product is sold, it needs to drop and deliver the keys from the stock according to the ranking in the product.

This addon supports any payment profile you can add to XenForo, same as account upgrades 😄

Serial key is a product type and it does indeed allow you to pre-define a list and have it decrease once one is sold :)

Hi,
I can't put an image (it's a .png screenshot) and it tells me that the format is not authorized even though it is authorized in the XenForo settings.
Do you have a solution or is this a problem?

EDIT: Okay, I understand where the problem comes from. The addon does not take into account the "Optimize images" option available since version 2.3 of XenForo.
 
Check the "Optimize images" option in admin.php?options/groups/attachments/ and it will be impossible to put an image or icon.

I can confirm this. I was trying to upload a jpeg as an attachment and I got an error but after disabling optimize image it worked.

I use this add-on.
For two of my products, sales were made in a way that was not related to the prices I wrote. how can this be?
For example, let's say the price of a product is 50 euros. the user bought it for 10 euros.

How can this be? How can we trust this system?
 
The user added the products to the basket 2 years ago.
The products stayed in the basket for 2 years.
Even though our prices changed during that time, he managed to buy the products at the old price.

DB hasn't replied to you yet here? or maybe it was addressed on their site via A ticket?, regardless, I want to renew my license for this add-on , but I'm not unless this issue gets fixed first. Renewing license for their addons is basically throwing away money.

That's why I wrote here, so that he can see it in general and take care of it.

I would never have thought of it if he hadn't explained it to me.

that's crazy. file a charge back or ask customer to file a charge back and use https://xenforo.com/community/resources/xfa-rm-marketplace-shop-xf2.6064/

That's what i plan on using, it might be double the price but the dev is very nice, always there for you and the product is 100x better than DB's product AND you get support for 1 year. not that nonsense 1 month from DB that rarely updates their addons or squash bugs in a timely manner.

Unfortunately quite expensive, the high high exchange rate in our country increases such figures by about 40 times :(

How can that be?
If they attempted to complete checkout but backed out of the payment process, the price is finalised and is not affected by changes you make to your prices/the end of any sales. This is to prevent a race condition in which a sale ends or a coupon's validity expires while a customer is completing their payment.

You can prune old orders automatically by configuring these settings:

They posted a thread in the "New Modification Requests / Suggestions" about "E-Commerce Duplicate Meta-Descriptions" (https://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/threads/e-commerce-duplicate-meta-descriptions.26278/) on Aug 6. That section is obviously not the correct support section for the eCommerce product, and it is obviously not a thread related to the issue being discussed here.

They have not posted anything since.

Prior to that, they had not posted since Feb 19, 2022, and that was also unrelated to the issue being discussed here.

@SelamT, if you are going to post this kind of statement, please back it up with evidence. Please link me to the thread @ my website you posted about this issue.
