Just search your admin for "public navigation" and you should see the Chat options there.

yes that is where I am stuck. I have it ticked on but its not appearing.

And you've set the user group permissions to be able to see chat? If so, I'm not sure. Should appear as long as you have the slider pushed to the right:

checked the permissions. they are good. as administrator, I cannot see it.

There's a popup option somewhere in the Chat options. I don't use it, but try that.

I tested it out real quick and it works on my end, if you have the popup option enabled, but all the text is extra big and users will probably have to resize the window to get it to look right. Might be some styling options for it, but I haven't got around to looking.

yes Enable page is checked. Still blank page with or without Popup enabled.

Tested on firefox, safari, and mobile firefox and the results are a blank page when chat is clicked.
