Yes, if you set "View archive" permission for "Unregistered/Unconfirmed" user group.

Do you know if there's a way to sort Top Chatter by total message count instead of the random order it is currently in?

They are not displayed in a random order. The ordering is done based on the message count.

Is there any documentation about bot responses? I'd like to set it up to trigger on multiple words in a message and not just one. Do I just have to enter them in one line (separated by space) for that?

The keyword doesn't have to be one word. So if you want to get a response for "I like dogs", you just enter that as the keyword.

But they have to be in that exact order, right? So I couldn't enter "like dogs" to trigger a response when "like" AND "dogs" appear anywhere in a message?

Following the "shoutbox" instructions listed with the 2.1.5 update, I noticed the room name and Browse Rooms link are still shown, even though the user does not have permission to browse rooms. I'm not sure if this is how it's supposed to work but it seems that whole bar should be hidden if there's only one room and user doesn't have permission.

I apologize if this has been addressed before, but is there any way to remove (thread reply) from posts when linking a thread to a room?

I'm sure it's addressed somewhere (and could've sworn I saw an option to turn it off) but are we able to disable the date/time stamp every time someone enters a chat message? And if/so - is it 'all or nothing' (can it be left on for private conversation messages but turned off for group chatrooms)?

You mean the "joined room" bot notifications? It's in admin options and it only applies to rooms.

No - not the bot responses, but the date/time stamps that show with every new chat post (to the right of each post in the chat window.
