Still works (the alert is coming from an addon which sends alerts on warnings).



You need to set the conversation title to something or the conversation message will silently fail.

My Warning Improvements addons lets you set a default conversation title for the custom warning.

If we turn off the Warn Staff addon, warnings are then sent to the Inbox of the user who has turned conversations off. If we turn it back on, then it silently fails.

Biker I've sent you a PM with some troubleshooting instructions which will help.

I'm not seeing this with the set of addons I'm running or on a stock XenForo install, so that points to an addon conflict. Tracking that down will require disabling other addons until the conversation sending works with the Warn Staff addon enabled.

This will then give me enough information to figure out what addon conflicting.

Looks like it's a conflict between Waindigo's Warnings and yours. Turned Jon's addon off and the conversation went through.

Please make sure all the files have been uploaded, and you don't have overly long time period for php opcode caching checking the disk.
