I was wondering when someone was going to get around to saying this. Spot On!If they call it vB5, they can charge you all over again for the full upgrade.

Why the move?Just a small heads up that the VBSI vs XFL mini-site has been moved to http://shamil.co.uk/vbulletin-solutions-vs-xenforo-limited-etc/ and is no longer located on my personal blog.
Why the move?
The judge assigned to his case, U.S. District Court Judge Manual Real, was appointed to the federal bench in 1966 by Lyndon Johnson.
At nearly 88 (his birthday is Jan. 27), Real is what we used to call a character. He has spent 45 years on the same bench and, in his court room, he projects an image that combines the demeanor of an irascible uncle who mutters loudly and tyrannically over his soup at Thanksgiving dinner, with that of a glowering bird of prey.

Its probably best not to discuss the judge on an open forum....
I removed the images, only because the case is still pending.

When is AV Forum moving to XF?They can try. They will fail.
Because its not really good 'form' to discuss the judge that is residing over a case that involves the company who produce the forum the discussion is taking place on.why? last time I checked it wasn't a crime, ask judge Ito. If he bases decisions from offhand comments from people not even associated with the case, well then, good luck with your entire legal system
That's almost as good as the peopleworriedparanoid "IB are reading their posts here", like their forum detective skills can swing a case in a new direction or worse. Lawyers and judges do not get paid to read our inane comments and personal opinions as customers, so chillax guys.

Dude, it's a free county and judges are public figures. We'll discuss them all day and all night if want to.
Forums are not free. Admins and mods set the policy, not the government.Dude, it's a free county and judges are public figures. We'll discuss them all day and all night if want to.
Unless you own this forum and community, you are not 'free' to discuss anything you'd like. Owners and admins set the rules, just as on your own forum.Dude, it's a free county and judges are public figures. We'll discuss them all day and all night if want to.
I had thought about going to ForumCon, but thought it would be a waste of my time.
This announcement solidifies that position.
