It seems that the avalanche of posts and congratulations regarding the lawsuit has passed.
With that in mind, and my previous comment, I think it is time for this thread to slip off the radar and into history, hopefully something KAM, and the community will never have to endure again.

All claims against XenForo were dismissed. For the lack of a better explaination.
