I have a bit of experience in this area and without a doubt Brogan is an excellent Moderator who does a great job here. It is often a thankless job as I well know. He is a tremendous asset to xF.

Brogan does an absolutely amazing job here at XF and as many others have said is a valuable asset to the XenForo team, as far as I am concerned due to his level of interaction and commitment he is one of the team. Personally, from all of the forums I ever frequent and including my own moderators and myself, noone has ever come near to his professionalism, enthusiasm and committment.

I agree completely. I am like that too. Perhaps I did not expres myself well. What I meant is that as long as you get paid for what you do, you shouldn't let those unthankful/ungrateful persons get to you. It is a different story if you work for free.
