And be sure your using the Super Administrator account, usually ID=1.
I don't think that's the problem but just in case

That may be a big problem. I came from mybb and it allows as many admin accounts under different UNs as you want, but much more flexible than XF - hard to describe. But I had two admin accounts and they are still separate now snce I migrated - I think. I don't really know. I wonder if I should merge the accounts because they are both me #1 & #2.

This indicates problem with add-on installation. Please try reuploading files + reimporting XML.

Sorry for your issue. It is a bug, v2.4.6c has just been uploaded with the fix.

Confirmed. I received it too. Im using waindigo addon installer.
Btw your bdSocial addon is giving the same error:
library/bdSocialShare/Installer.php File does not contain expected contents.

Can you try again by uploading files yourself?
