OK, installed both add-ons now. Where do I import the latex BB code from?

Is it wise to install what seem to be such hefty add-ons just for latex support? Don't get me wrong, these seem like fantastic add-ons, but I'm not sure if I'm willing to add so much overhead or sacrifice the forum's performance by installing these numerous extra features if we only need one new bbcode.

If you have any doubts, feel feel to reuse the parts of the code (available on Github) you need.

It looks like some html-> bbcode is failing to roundtrip.

Someone is using this bbcode, and it fails fairly badly when going from RTF Editor -> bbcode -> RTF Editor -> bbcode

I hope this is compatible with XF 1.5.6?
Asking because it's written only till 1.4 on the resource page.

You need a direct url with your pdf file to be able to display it; ie: http://myFullUrl.abc/rep/myCompatibleFile.pdf

@cclaerhout Hey man, I was testing the add-on in my localhost before integrating it to my live production forum but I encountered a small issue with ARTICLE tag. If you enter non-URL as the article's source, it'd fail and throw an error saying "Undefined variable: option". I was wondering, is it possible to prevent that from happening? Like, just don't render the article and don't throw the error.

I can only assume I'm doing something wrong.

I've downloaded and installed the plugin but i do not get the set up box, or the icon in my admin CP. I DO see it listed in my addons, and i see on the right it's showing up as enabled, but i cannot figure out how to make this appear on my forms. Am i missing something?

I re-read the first post, and the last couple pages of the thread, I also checked all the files included in the download (BBM - Advanced Bb Codes 3.7.1). I'm not seeing any other information.

FYI the zip download link says 3.7.1, the resulting zip says 3.7.1, this thread says 3.7.1 is the latest. The forum lists it as 3.7.2
