Curious what approach you are using with the list. Are you storing country on registration or are you making a call for each of those lines?
I'm making a call for each line, which is far from ideal, but I have an unlimited ip-api sub, so it's not a problem.

It's in the built-in post editor, and it is available for admins and (if I recall well) mods.

Here is what I'm referring to:

It looks like when you edit silently that it doesn't update the timestamp because it allows for the last edit to still show if you don't clear it. Looking at how I have it setup, this will be super easy. I got kind of lucky but inserting the datetime opposed to letting sql do it.

One thing that is becoming a challenge is that "Awaiting email confirmation" and "United States of America" are both really long and use a lot of horizontal space.

But they wrap to multiple lines. Couldn't CSS or something else be used to narrow their column so they wrap even more?

That could be useful! Right now, most of the signups I get use mailbab, so it's easy to identify them as temp emails and reject them.

One thing that would make life easier is if there were a simple identification of "VPN, temp email" in the approval queue for new accounts. That way I wouldn't have to click on their IP and wait for the new tab to load. I allow VPNs but not temp emails. Most of the spam signups seem to be temp email + VPN.

I noticed the option to disable reactions when creating a warning:

Disable reactions If checked, users will not be able to react to the content that the user has been warned for.

Would it be beyond the scope of your addon to add such an option here?

If so, I think I'll post to XF suggestions https://xenforo.com/community/forums/xenforo-suggestions.18.

Oh, and maybe a "remove reactions" option in the Edit menu:
