Hmm it seems the thread has been cleaned up/pruned or something before I had time to look at it, and some user has placed a 1-star review about the addon not working "with some other addon". Do you have any idea what this was about?

Ahh okay, well I sent a PM asking for some details also so lets see if they give any details.. Sounds odd someone gives a review like that without even trying to reach out for help first..

It’s entirely possible the person leaving the review don’t even have a license for the addon.

Hey guys, I deleted a couple of posts because I felt they belonged in a support ticket, and didn't want to give the impression I was bashing a mod that is highly rated (I 100% get Ozzy's point that it's impossible to be compatible with every add on). I have not reviewed the product.

Hmm the addon the user has had problems with is by ******* called BR/ModenStatistic, which I can't really find on XF resources.. so not sure who/what has made it.. But they seem to have a bug with not supporting XF2.2 for the Templater class..

Haha okay apparently their name is censored by XFs filters, so something fishy has happened at some point

The guy is registered for 5 years, has 1 post, and out from nowhere gives a 1-star review because your add-on doesn't play well with the addon that is banned on XF?

It’s unfortunate, but it does happen with people that are uninformed or just don’t ask questions.

I saw a "your review can be deleted without a notice" sign, so probably that review can be removed if you contact XF team.

I've discussed a bit with the author about the problem (which was problem with BR/ModernStatistic) and he was trying to delete the review but couldn't, but he said he reported it for removal to mods, so hopefully @Chris D will take care of it now
