I'm trying to create an account in order to buy AM2L but I keep getting the error message "Please match the format requested. Please enter a value that matches the required format."

However, I am simply pasting in the 'cloud subscription validation token' directly from my ZF account page. I've tried generating a new validation token but keep getting the same error message. Any clue as to what's happening?

Yep, worked on the past.

"Image lazy loading" never worked with adsense. It is designed to work with images. Are you talking about the "Lazy loading" with refresh interval option?

The add on settings in the ACP is viewable only for super-admin and not for the full administrator group, how could I update these permissions?

Hi @Siropu,

I have a question regarding the Ads Manager Lite XenForo add-on. I'm trying to run two identical ads with minor differences and want them to alternate automatically based on time (e.g., one ad turns off while the other turns on, and vice versa).

Unfortunately, when I try to use the start and end date fields to schedule this, the values don't seem to save if I don't specify a specific date. My intention is to have this setup run daily without needing to manually update the schedule.

It would also be ideal if this functionality could be compatible with different user time zones, ensuring the ads display correctly for users regardless of their location.

Is there a way to achieve this with the current version of the add-on, or could it be considered for a future update?

I've recently installed your addon.
Created my first add that should be displayed above and below content as a "code ad".
It is enabled.

Switching to the forum, I can't see the ad displayed (adblocker is disabled for my website).
Looking to the browser console I can see an error related to a siropu/aml file


So I'm wondering if the display issue is not related to this error.
Tried to uninstall and reinstall the addon but still the same effect.
If I disable the ad, then this error is not shown anymore.

If I disable those 2 options, then the issue is not anymore too


Do you have any suggestion?

Yes it is.
As I wrote, I could make them work only I disable the 2 features about "lazy loading".

Is the ad code Google AdSense? The Google ads will not work with lazy loading.

Hi Siropu, I just have a few questions about Ads manage Lite which I've bought and installed.

If we have just ONE advertiser whose ads should be shown in a specific forum or thread, what is the best way to do this - should we have one directory for that client's ads, so the software always pulls ads from that directory and only that directory?

Or could we specify a partial filename which might contain the client's name, eg if the client is 'truckstop' and its ads were named like 'truckstop-1', 'truckstop-2' etc could we tell the software to run any ad named truckstop-* ?

You simply create the ads individually in ACP and use a package if you want to rotate them. No need to do anything else.

I'm trying to set up an ad at the top of the chat but it doesn't show up. Is there a trick to getting it to work? I'm using the same code as in ads manager for the forums.

I'm going to the acp>chat>options the pasting the ad code in the "Ads above editor" box. If I type text instead of the ad code it show up like this:



But if I enter the ad code, nothing shows up. If I click the "edit" link, I see the ad code.

@Siropu we're getting an issue when we're using Position -> Search results feature:

seems this Search result doesn't work. when we search any word we're getting on the search result page ALWAYS this AD.
this is the Position settings:


I'm using latest version 1.3.3 and XF 2.3.x
