Implemented Add-on Development Improvement

I know this is minimal, but it's getting borring to set always the add-on when creating phrases,templates,options,permissions,etc....

It would be great, if we could set in the config.php the add-on (add-on id) on which we're currently working and the system would use this as the standardvalue in the "select field".

If it's too hard to understand what i mean:
When i create a new phrase/template/group perm/etc.. i'm having the add-on select field, where i have to set the add-on.




When you have many add-ons, the list is really long.



So IMHO it would be better, to have the add-on on which you're currently working set automatic.
