Addon Presentation
This addon will allow your users to collapse/expand some parts of your website:
  • forum categories
  • widgets
  • sidebar
  • sub-forums
  • postbit (*)
  • polls (*)
These toggle functions have a cookie memory, except those marked with the sign "*". It has been tested on several browsers FF, IE 8 , Chrome and Opera with the default style.

It should work with most of the styles. If it doesn't please contact first your theme creator so he can first check the source of the problem.

Installation
Use any automatic installer or upload the files on your forum directory and import xml file

Configuration
  • Configure this addon in admin->home->options->ToggleME
  • To configure the appearance of the collasped category, go to: admin=>Appearance=>Style Properties=>ToggleMe

I installed it on my forum today and it works pretty well!. It does save lots of scrolling if you have lots of forums.

Wow!! What an amazing add-on! I simply searched for a workaround to minimise postbits, and of course I found this. Initially I had some style issues - getting it to work with my theme, but I sorted that myself and I can't believe how intuitive this is..

Just instantly saved HUGE gaps between thread posts, because of postbits.
