Change Log:

• Removed unset debug variables from Model, this caused banned countries to trigger an error

• Made sure the Zip folder was correctly nested
• Some bots register by passing params directly to the action register function (so they don't care that the registration page does not exist fpr them) ... although this plug-in is not intended to directly to stop bots (since many will use proxies), the country check has now also be applied to the actionRegister function

Changed the DataWriter IP address data type to "String" to allow ip2long negative conversions (stops incorrect logging of 127.255.255.255)

A minor fix to allow logging when duplicate logging is turned off, but the username/email is empty

To log or not to log, that is the option

When you look at the logs, sometimes you get a big list of the same culprit attempting to register. This update allows you to :
1. Not have to log events (at all)
2. Not log events if the same username has already been logged by this plug-in
3. Not log events if the same email address has already been logged by this plug-in
4. Not log events if the same IP address has already been logged by this plug-in

A more robust logging mechanism (ip address is now a text colum)

Until XenForo supports IPv6, this plugin does not log the IPv6 attempts (but still blocks them if they are from a black listed country)

Fixed bug with unistaller

Now includes a log section in the Admin Control Panel: Tools >> StopCountrySpam Log
