Unmaintained Report Improvements by Xon 1.11.0

• Support for Elastic Search Essentials better general search by allowing reports not to be returned for people who can't see any of them.
• Change default for "Reports respect view-node permission" to true. (only affects new installs)

• Enable user tagging for conversation reports.

This version introduces breaking changes to moderation permissions. Please review usergroup permissions carefully!

• User group permission based access to report center.
  • Default permissions set for groups (global/content) for groups with warn or edit basic profile permissions.
  • New Permissions:
    • View Report center.
    • Comment on open report
    • Comment on closed report
    • Update a report's status
    • Assign report
    • See reporter username
• Ensure EnhancedSearch 'optimize index' does not lose type information.
• Reduce number of queries when searching, by prevent N+1 query behaviour.

This codebase has been running on Sufficient Velocity for ~6 months without a major issue.

• When reports are sent to a forum, do not imply a report will be created.
• Minor update to shared installer code (shared between my various add-ons).

• Fixed error when dealing with zero reports or zero report comments.

• Compatibility improvement for up-coming Warning Improvement 1.3.0 release.
  • Ensures the report is created before the User record has it's warning total updated.
  • Updates listener priorities to be consistent with using resource id where possible.

• UI.X Compatibility Improvement
  • Use messageSimple css rather than message css.

• Fix: 'Please enter a valid title' when expired warnings are being processed. This only should occur for very old warnings which are expiring.
  

• Improve importer which links warnings into reports.
  • Handles warnings without a title.
  • Prevents alerts from being generated when bulk recording warnings into reports during initial install.

Note; This update is not required if you have already installed this add-on.

• Now shows warning information, and report state in search results.
• Ensures when viewing a report alert, while viewing the report it is alerting for, the page to show the new content.
