Unmaintained Moderator Essentials 1.14.5

The modess moderator panel now includes functionality to manage thread reply bans that were previously only available in the admin panel. It also includes the ability to filter the reply bans on a per node basis (not available in the default admin panel functionality).

Fixes a css bug that made the banner user list not display properly. You don't have to upload the files again as they have not changed, just upgrade the xml.

• Ban underage members - instead of denying the application entirely, you can allow the sign up and make the user be instantly banned. The ban will be lifted when they reach the age you set in the options. There's a grace period (in days), so if you want to allow members who are a few days away from being the desired age to join without getting banned, you can.
• Revert Edit History - there's a new permission where you can allow your staff to revert user edit history within a specific date/time range. They can also automatically apply a warning with or without warning points. In the moderator essentials options page, you can set which warning is used.
