When a child resource depends on parent, it says on buy button "You don't have the permission to purchase". Now this makes people confused on why they can't buy it. I think it should be saying something different pointing to the parent resource. I have had like 10 people being confused about it, leading in loss of sales too
Unfortunately I have to say that the support for this addon is very worst !
Support requests are their website https://www.xen-factory.com only answered after several days, if at all.
Unfortunately, the answers to support questions are very short and unclear.
This is a pity because it is actually a very good and useful addon.
It would be nice if the support was as good as the product itself.

We do reply to all support requests, in due time, it's true that I did not connect on Thursday and Friday and then it was the week-end (where you wouldn't expect standard support to answer).
Sorry for not getting back to you as fast as you would have required our support to be.
I answered to you, I think I narrowed down by looking at the code the root cause.
Please get back to me and if it's confirmed I'll be able to implement a fix.
Child resource should display buy parent instead of you don't have permission to purchasea

I'm getting an error on install
Could not process XFA-RMMarketplace-5.5.7.zip: The following requirements for [XFA] RM Marketplace were not met: [XFA] RM Marketplace requires [XFA] Core 2.1.0+.
Is this addon all in the back end. When I go to the resources tab it looks exactly as it did before. I've looked at the screenshots in the RM, and it looks as if it edited the tables when you go to add a resource but nothing has changed on my end. Am I missing something? I'll looked at the one readme it was just talking about the API and setting up paypal.
Yes, I believe I have everything set to yes for admins. I also had an issue where it was not tracking what items I had already listed. But I posted about that on your site if you want to just work it out there?
The only aspect I haven’t quite figured out is payment. When someone is selling something, for example, if they have a PayPal account, they simply provide a PayPal URL I get that, or can they generate a key to create a "Buy Now" button that links to their account? More importantly, I’m considering using xF Payments, as it seems like a more professional solution. However, I’m unsure how to set up xF payment profiles so that anyone can sell their resources and get paid. I’m not referring to selling permissions, but rather the actual payment process. How would that work? Would it all be routed through a single account? And if so, how would sellers receive their money? I understand how I can use xF payments as an admin for things I set up through the forum permissions, but I’m unclear on how members of the community can use it to receive payments for items they sell.

Hi,
Been using this addon for the past few years using the xenforo custom paypal payment.
Looking to upgrade and use Stripe in the new year.
I've set everything up in the back end, but just wanted to check something. Does each seller then need to create a stripe account and add keys and webhooks etc? Just had a quick look and wasn't sure if this showed on the front end because i'm the admin, or whether everyone that wishes to sell will have to do it.
Thank you.
Also what happens when I change from payment method 1 to payment method 2.
Will the sellers that currently have their paypal address added into the dashboard payment data have to update it, or will it copy across?
