They will need to update their payment data.
There is no automatic copy as it's impossible to know which payment profile is correct.

I was also notified by another user that it would be good to block users from selling or block purchasing click if payment data is not set so it means your users could be frustrated right now if you change from 1 to 2 until the sellers update their payment data.

Ah, that throws a spanner in the works a bit. Will have to think about whether it's worth changing payment profiles or stick with option 1.

If you do want a port of the data, to a given PayPal payment profile, that's something feasible as custom work for sure.

Is there a way of doing the following that anyone is aware of?

Seller hasn't logged in for x days, disable all their items for sale

However, you can request this as a new feature on our webiste, it does seem relevant to implement.
