No but I am planning to add support for payment gateways at some point.
Though, it wouldn't be compatible with percentage on sale.

I am not sure we would be introducing compatibility with a credits system as there are multiples on the market.

I moved a free resource to a paid one, then tried to edit the resource to add the price.

I will note this and investigate when doing the nexst verison, I didn't test this case so they ay be a corner bug.
You should not be having this . bug at creation.

That is correct..

I tested it by making a "paid" resource and it worked as it should.

Later tonight, I will move a paid resource to free and see if the bug appears when doing the change in reverse.
