Actually I would like to see what questions were submitted and accepted? Perhaps sticking it somewhere so people know what they are?

The thing is, I'm not fed up with XF, in fact I love developing for it and I'm too invested in it to "just switch". I'm fed up with watching the ecosystem fall apart. It directly impacts me on a daily basis. I can't escape that fact.

Why should i Jake , i know i did nothing wrong. I supported KAM as much as i can legally. I will never go behind to hurt them in any way. Though from my stand point it is completely different form other side.

Do you know that since the law suite started i received absolutely no contact from KAM about what is going on regarding the law case ?

Bama had an excellent point. While he quoted you, it was directed at a number of people who are complaining in this thread.

Bottom line, if you can't wait until late January or early February, then it is time for you to move on. And don't come back at with me, well I paid this much so I DESERVE this. No, sorry. You purchased this after the lawsuit was brought against XenForo. Maybe you can chalk up the costs of the software as a learning experience so you won't make the same mistake later on down the road with another company???

I guess I am biased since I am very experience PHP programmer who now loves the ZendFramework. I am just waiting for DP to move his site over to XenForo and checkout some of the work he has done.

Back to finishing my dating site based off XenForo...
 
Jake - do you know the full reason why KAM aren't posting on here? Are you concerned about becoming involved in the IB lawsuit, as they were your ex-employers and you've now working on behalf of XF?

I think Jake's point is that there is nothing that XF or KAM can do to "drop you" from the law suit. IB is the only one who can voluntarily dismiss you as a defendant.

I don't know why they would contact you. Their lawyers might, if you were to enter an appearance or be properly served in the case. But, otherwise, it would not make sense for them to contact you.

Isn't Mert listed as a defendant on some of the documents? Wouldn't it be nice to hear whats going on with everything once in a while?

I know there are personal, legal, and hence financial issues. Everyone knows this. It was announced.

Yes I am concerned about my own legal liability which is why I was so careful about my contractual obligations when IB fired me. I made a clean break so I'm good.

Are they even allowed to? I wouldn't be surprised if they'd been advised not to contact him in person.
 
I would be very hesitant to try and predict anything Shawn may or may not do with DP. He is too wise to make a bad decision for himself and he certainly won't tip his hand one way or the other until he is ready.

The fact he's still putting in effort on XF is a good sign though.
