There is no longer a consistent release schedule for 2.4 HYS threads. They will be written and posted as and when they are ready, rather than waiting to towards the end of the release process.

Yeah same they gave me 3.0 release already.
I actually appreciated when they were on a certain day of the week and weekly, and I felt it was beneficial to the brand with the build up of anticipation and consistency.
If you're going to push originally stated, it was no more than 6 month release cycles. So a Q1 release is a delay and extended timeframe, thus indeed postponed. Moving the goalposts mid cycle doesn't change that they've been moved.
ETA's are estimates, and they are never exact. With dev cycles they are also often expected to be adjusted, as development loves to kick everyone in the balls.
they're already delivering on better communication, faster HYS, and faster development cycles. To keep harping on when they have met some of the demands that people have had seems pointless, and counter productive.
Happy to be corrected but I don’t think we explicitly committed to 6 months. Possibly suggested we would like to aim for two releases per year at some point but that’s not quite as explicit as every six months. Don’t get me wrong, that would be nice, but we’re not quite there yet.
