Also do you remember the functionality in v1? If you want a release with that level of functionality then fair enough but I'd rather it had all the features that have been added over the last few years.

For version 1.0. It's advanced a lot since then but built on a "bad" base, hence the re-write.

I'm really in two minds about where this thread has gone. I can understand the frustration and people letting off steam, but there's now witch hunting and quite a lot of passive aggressive comments going on. Based on the momentum that has, I'd be quite happy to just close the thread. Conversely, it's not unreasonable to let people air their concerns and to give a chance for a response and I don't want to cut that off. I'm not really sure what more can be said unless @Jaxel replies though. He's certainly been mentioned a number of times and contacted in other ways.
I'll keep the thread open for now, but can we cut out the aggression and sarcasm as best as possible? That's certainly not going to help get a response, nor is belaboring the same points.
